If you’re looking for used parts, you can visit our shops during open hours, or book a free Parts Consultation appointment with the button below. Appointments are recommended and prioritized.

Visit the parts section of our FAQ for general information. If your question is not answered there, and you cannot easily visit our shops, you can contact us. We will respond as best we can, but do not always have the capacity to do this reliably. If you contact us with a parts question, please be as detailed and specific as possible, and provide the make and model of bike.

TIps for finding Used Parts

Wheels come in many sizes and varieties and you need to know the following;

• size (usually stamped on the rim, or look on the tire)

• front or rear (and if it’s rear, how many gears)

• disk or rim brakes (and width of rim if rim brakes)

• quick release or bolt-on (how it attaches to the bike)

• dropout spacing (the inside distance of the frame or fork where the wheel attaches to the bike)

Seatposts come in many different diameters that are measured to a tenth of a millimeter. There are no standard sizes. For this reason, we recommend you bring your bike to our shops if you need a new seatpost. We will not sell you a post without a bike, unless you are certain of the correct size.
