Last night we discussed road bikes vs touring bikes, assisted ride vs non, randoneering, 20 km rides and 1200 km rides, and rides through Africa or close to home. Ed Weymouth from the Edmonton Bicycle and Touring Club, or, what they call the eating club with a cycling disorder, brought his years of experience as a commuter and a long-distance rider to discuss all questions posed.
